This reminds me of “Patriot Games,” when the guy runs to his office, pulls out a document from his safe, and shakes it at Ryan’s head as the “get out of jail free” card.
These people have been given secret pardons. By 0bama.
It doesn’t matter. An Obama Pardon could never cover crimes of the future beyond the issue date. It covers only crimes up to the issue date.
The Constitution and subsequent legislation is not a suicide pact, I think.
Unless, like Mark Rich, who wanted to continue his financial scams, the pardoned might choose to leave the country with that pardon.
