What Hawley does in that exchange is KISS 'Keep it simple stupid.' Unlike many conservative pundits who try to explain 1000 dots, Hawley makes the crime very clear and simple to be understood.
1. There was collusion between the DNC and FBI to illegally spy on and falsely accuse candidate and later President Trump and his campaign.
2. FBI Director Wray sees no need to make changes in the FBI.
3. Bad actors involved are still working for the FBI.

Josh mentions Russia and China as trying to meddle in our elections.
Neither country even gets close to Mexican intervention in our elections and our country in general.
Mexico has its people in elective office in the U.S. and those people work hand in glove with the Mexican government to skew policies and money towards Mexico and most importantly to break down any opposition to millions more Mexicans coming to the United States...so that Mexico can meddle even more in our affairs.
The myopia has to end. Just because the DNC screams “Russia! Russia! Russia!” doesn’t make them the worst offender.

I don’t think it’s collusion. From what I’ve read/heard over the last 3 years apparently the FBI is run by the DNC. So, how can that be collusion? Sort of like you “colluding” with your wife to put food on the table for the family.
