Yeah, read about that later, didn’t know about that gold star thing since I use my Frontier badge as ID. So those states that still issue DL’s to anyone would they put that gold star on it anyway?
NYS is issuing three kinds of driver’s licenses.

NYS needs warm bodies for the census.
NYS doesn’t care if they’re here legally.
No, federal requirements for real ID because you just trust Democrat controlled areas anymore.

So this hack Federal judge rules it’s unconstitutional to NOT issue a DL to an illegal alien. Think of that. But hey Roberts said there are no D or R judges there are just Judges.
Someone with no discrimination is clearly a fool.
In my county in NJ people with birth certificates issued within a certain date range have to get them replaced because county workers were selling fake ones to illegals; thankfully I wasn’t born in my current county.
I think this push is more designed to get them insured, since they are driving anyway; a complete surrender of law & order and part of the de facto amnesty (this also appears imminent here in neighboring NJ). Like everything else, it will fall flat because it will require illegals to CONTRIBUTE (like taxes), and they simply aren’t interested.
