It's why Trump won't call out the militia, it's why he won't use any of the other various police/security powers bestowed/asserted (like Lincoln) on/by the executive to deal with this national security emergency.

1. The US revolution - did we try and overthrow the GB government in London? That is, launch a naval fleet to invade England?
2. The US civil war - did the south try and overthrow the US federal government in DC? That is, launch a directed military assault to conquer the north?
3. 9/11 - did the terrorists try and overthrow the US federal government in DC? That is, destroy the twin towers as a prelude to launching an invasion?
4. 2016-2019 coup - did the deep state try and overthrow the US federal government in DC. That is, using IC resources to influence the election, then seeking to remove the president through fraud and deceit?
Alright, I figure you already know where this is going. So, your esteemable opinion, which of the 4 events listed above represent the greatest national security crisis ever faced by this country? Secondarily, do (any of) the measures undertaken to combat/defeat the other 3 lesser existential threats merit their utilization?
