As if the stresses of the holiday season weren’t enough, harried Americans find themselves tumbling deeper and deeper down a rabbit hole of political insanity. Originally orchestrated by Mad Hatter Adam Schiff, the plot of the impeachment hearings has been every bit as preposterous as that of the Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, written over a century and a half ago. And the current cast of characters is eerily reminiscent of those in that childhood classic -- if not even more bizarre.
You may recall that the original tale was about a young girl who nods off to sleep and dreams that she runs after an agitated white rabbit and unexpectedly falls into a warren of strange misadventures from which she finally awakens -- just in the nick of time to avoid the evil Red Queen’s edict, “Off with her head!”
Thus far, however, Americans have unfortunately not awakened from the nightmare of the contemporary “Malice in Blunderland,” the congressional impeachment hearings whose shifting Schiff-controlled narrative has been advanced by Trump-hating Democrats and likeminded loathers brought into the proceedings to validate their biased claims. With its bungled series of changing charges, the presidential impeachment scenario can aptly be described as “curioser and curioser.”
If any “fun” is to be found in all of this nonsense, it might come from comparing the current wild-eyed crop of impeachment pushers to the hodgepodge of fantastical characters Alice encounters in Wonderland. The scampering white rabbit, for example, could well be white pants-suited Nancy Pelosi, nervously flitting here and there, eager to retain her personal power by acquiescing to the demands to impeach Trump, and then acknowledging -- as she scurries off to join her colleagues -- “I’m late, I’m late, for a very important date.”

The wife and I often resort to the meme of that Wonderland rabbithole where these weird (D) types dwell. Sometimes I surmise that they live on another galaxy, far, far away, and that when they talk, it comes out their butts.
Yet to them, the denizens who live through that Looking-glass, all that they are doing makes perfect sense. Or does it. Maybe they actually know, yet behave weirdly anyway.
Nah, I’m thinking we’re seeing a couple of Paul’s prophetic statements at the fore:
Romans 1: 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
And, most especially, this one:
1 Thessalonians 2: 10 ...because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
That part about them being so deluded that they would believe the lie really seems to fit the present (D)ilemma perfectly.
I see it as a cross between Lewis Carroll and Franz Kafka.
Down the rabbit hole is an apt description for America’s madness. But let us not forget that those who choose to live apart from the Triune Creator are choosing the only alternative: occult darkness. The ‘lie’ is a doctrine of demons as surely as the abyss is their abode. This means that Schiff and Co. live under the influence if not control of demons.
They’ve had a pleasant run, and it will soon be time for dinner:

A fun, and very well done bit of political satire.
I laughed out loud numerous times while reading it!
You have stated the case quite well. There truly are dark spiritual forces at play and we are witnessing the manifestation, the incarnation, of them in some of those at the leading edge of (D) world.

While some, not all, American Jews support the Democrat Party, the Democrat Party does not support American Jews, nor Jews anywhere for that matter.
Very well-written and very true article, but if Alice encountered the kind of Rats we are dealing with, it wouldn’t be a fantasy but a cartoon horror show.
I used the Thessalonians reference all of the time. It’s the only way I can explain their actions outside of pure demonic possession.
I don’t know about Alice in Wonderland, but I know who humpty dumpty looks like. Come to think of it, the bragging Dodo Bird does remind me of Schiff for brains.

IIRC, Mike Mindel the My Pillow guy recently said in a Life, Liberty & Levin rerun: (paraphrase) Every good person loves Donald Trump and what he’s doing for America. Many of them just don’t reaize it yet.
