I just learned that US Constitution has no verbiage about congress having the authority to oversight the executive branch. So I am guessing congress must have passed some laws to build in oversight protocol over the executive. Well first they are all 3 co-equal branches of gov’t. And that is why we have elections so voters can decide who they want in congress and who will be the commander-in-chief.

In the current melodrama, democrats have been on a fishing expedition from the day of inauguration. No documents should be released by the executive unless there is evidence of wrong doing. Evidence is the horse, not the cart.

Sounds like the timing is perfect to release findings of the investigation of U1 and the Clinton Foundation. If charges were pending, use of executive privilege covering the time that she was in office might also be covered by this ruling.
