HOUSTON, TX- We’re learning more this morning about the desperate race that’s underway to keep an accused cop killer behind bars… after a bleeding heart PC Magistrate allegedly gave him a disgustingly low bond because of “financial hardships”.
And we’re now being told more about who was apparently responsible for giving him the pass – details on that below.
But first… here’s a breakdown of what’s going on.
Tavores Henderson is accused of killing Nassau Bay Sergeant Kalia Sullivan earlier this week.
He then ran, sparking a nationwide manhunt.
He was captured on Thursday.
He has pending or recent cases in Harris, Fort Bend and Motgomery Counties.
Yet on Thursday night, his bond was set at $150,000 for capital murder when he was arraigned. That means he’ll most likely just have to come up with $15,000 to be bonded out. Police sources tell Law Enforcement Today that he’ll most likely be out before the weekend.
And on social media, he recently bragged about how cash bond would not keep him in jail.

Ironically, he regularly puts up anti-gun posts talking about the need to protect people from violence. Yet here we have a violent criminal facing countless charges who is now accused of murdering an officer then sparking a nationwide manhunt… and apparently he should be allowed to just freely walk the streets.
So a PC President Trump hating SJW piece of filth just gave a bond to a thug who killed a police sergeant and was on the run for several days, WHILE out on bond for other offenses and with a criminal rap sheet 2 miles long.

Even funnier if, and when he has to ask the cops for protection after getting threats for this. The cops should offer to let the murderer help him.
Bond was revoked. 2 other Texas counties having him held without bond. He is not being let out.

And yet a Judge in Texas that ruled the father should have joint say in medial decisions on the child who’s mother wanted the child to have surgical sex surgery had to recuse himself. Judge had posted something on his facebook about the decision.
Mother went to court and he was forced to recuse from the case.
