He's already seen her. They do things very fast over there. If the government had been changing parties the old Prime Minister would be out of 10 Downing Street today. Something we should think about.

I thought he had, to ask the Queen permission to form the government, which she granted.

My wife is British, so we were watching BBC news before going to work this morning. He was already at the palace at 6am ET asking to form a government.
