Way back in the mid 90’s , I was in New Jersey, attending a Navy school. I took a trip to New York City one weekend. I’m pretty sure I saw these nutcases , “proselytizing” . They were dressed up like extras from a B movie, had sign boards and were talking all sorts of racist crap as if they were trying to spark a confrontation.
