I agree with this. It’s certainly not because the media want to help Trump, but they just can’t resist getting their jabs in and in doing so they keep him in the headlines even more. The more they try to tear him down the better he comes out looking as they stand there frothing at the mouth trying to figure out something new to say that’ll harm him. The more frantic they get the more the American people see how unhinged they are and they make themselves into untrustworthy fools. He keeps coming out on top time after time and they descend further into madness every time he wins.
Trump in a way validates the P.T. Barnum quote “I don’t care what the newspapers say about me as long as they spell my name right.”
Impeachment is the squirrel. While the Senate is confirming dozens of judges. If Trump wasn’t the lightning rod, there would be brutal fights for every seat.
