I have a niece *and* a nephew who have Asperger's.They're both in their 30s,highly intelligent but don't have the first clue what the world is about.Neither of them have worked a day in their lives.Not because they're lazy...because the brain damage is *that* pervasive.
This girl has a brain disorder.She,like my niece and nephew,is highly intelligent. But she,like they,doesn't have the first clue...and never will,unless a magic pill is developed to counteract the brain damage that's the basis of the disorder.
Many young people her age faced with a firm and a belief that the whole world is going to end in a few short years would busy themselves with getting drunk and having sex. Perhaps that is what little Greta needs.

Same here. My nephew easily went through college for engineering. He can’t get a job bagging groceries.
My niece got a job doing some cafeteria work.
