President Trump has flipped three courts – the Second, Third and 11th Circuits – to a conservative majority.

This is a great start; we need him in for a second term...badly, to change even MORE courts at all levels!

Praying that these new judges will be as good as they mostly look. So that people stuck in the huge 9th circus may begin to feel safe again from dangerous courts

“President Donald Trump has ushered in the end of an era — no more will liberals dominate the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and use the federal appellate court as a rubber stamp for defeating pro-life legislation and pushing abortion on demand....”
******************************************************
DemocRAT appointees still outnumber (16 - 13) Republican appointees on the 9th CCA.

The really good news is that the 9 remaining Clinton nominees on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals are ALL NOW ELIGIBLE TO RETIRE AT FULL SALARY. So Constitutionalist control of the 9th CCA is within sight. If Trump is re-elected as I expect, many of those Clinton judges will lose the will to hold out longer.

“13 of 29 judges on the court appointed by Republican presidents” -— Too early to declare victory for the Ninth. Great work though, here and elsewhere.

I’m hoping that we can take the D.C. Circuit. The Dems currently have a 7/4 majority.

Collins voted NO, but it DID NOT MATTER.

Why? Because the other two hard-RINOs in the Senate, Murkowski and Romney both voted YES.

See how that works? Even with RINOs, it’s very rare for them to all vote against a judicial pick - often they vote FOR that pick, as was the case of Bumatay yesterday (when all 3 RINOs voted to confirm, but not a single Democrat), or one or two stray, but not all of them.

But what about the Democrats? Surely there would be one or two (maybe Manchin, who is ‘supposed’ to vote conservative at least some of the time, or Doug Jones, who is fighting for his seat in Alabama).

NOPE!!! Neither of these Democrats, nor any others voted for Van Dyke.

So, if the PURISTS here still think there’s ‘no difference between the parties’, please READ THE ABOVE and please try to understand it, at least when voting in November elections.

Id there any way to force judges on “Senior status” into full retirement? This would know off a lot of old liberal judges.

I’ll know we’ve won when the Dems start calling for the 9th to be broken up.

Break it up. No reason for one court to have that many states under its umbrella. 2 more judges, though, and it’s a done deal. And take away the courts, completely made up, idea of being able to issue nationwide injunctions on behalf of their liberal friends and co-conspirators.
