Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will testify on Capitol Hill for a second time next week about his report on the FBI’s probe of Trump campaign associates.
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee announced on Wednesday that Horowitz will appear on Dec. 18 as part of a hearing entitled “DOJ OIG FISA Report: Methodology, Scope, and Findings.”
The committee hearing comes after Horowitz testified for more than five hours Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, where he painted a troubling picture of the FBI’s investigation into Trump campaign associates.
Horowitz’s report found that there was no evidence of political bias in the decision to open the investigation and that the bureau had an “authorized purpose” for the probe. But he also found 17 “significant inaccuracies and omissions” throughout the FBI’s investigation.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the top Republican on the House Oversight Committee, is also calling on Horowitz to testify before the panel.

I just watched the full interview of Barr by NBC yesterday.
He is not screwing around. A lot of people are going down.

Barr is the real deal. I am an uneducated deplorable but I am very good at cutting through the BS and reading people.
A 2nd go-round is excellent, things were uncovered in the report and today’s testimony that simply BEG for further exploration. Probably should do it once a week for six months.

Hopefully, Durham has some info on CIA activities. Something like proof of them setting up the Downer-Papadop meeting. I fear Horowitz is being featured because he did not have access to info and people in other agencies. CIA, NSA, etc. Problem is the IC IG is clearly a coupist. What a snake pit.
