Hopefully, Durham has some info on CIA activities. Something like proof of them setting up the Downer-Papadop meeting. I fear Horowitz is being featured because he did not have access to info and people in other agencies. CIA, NSA, etc. Problem is the IC IG is clearly a coupist. What a snake pit.

It's my understanding that Horowitz had limited authority of where he could go and to whom he could talk. Durham has no such limitations. Plus he has the power to impanel a Grand Jury which,IIRC,he's already done.

Joe DiGenova...who knows a whole lot more about this stuff than I do...has enormous confidence in Barr and Durham.The other day he told Howie Carr (a Boston talk show host) that the statement Durham released on Monday *and* the comments Barr made on MSLSD the other day tell him that they mean business.
