Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will testify on Capitol Hill for a second time next week about his report on the FBI’s probe of Trump campaign associates.
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee announced on Wednesday that Horowitz will appear on Dec. 18 as part of a hearing entitled “DOJ OIG FISA Report: Methodology, Scope, and Findings.”
The committee hearing comes after Horowitz testified for more than five hours Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, where he painted a troubling picture of the FBI’s investigation into Trump campaign associates.
Horowitz’s report found that there was no evidence of political bias in the decision to open the investigation and that the bureau had an “authorized purpose” for the probe. But he also found 17 “significant inaccuracies and omissions” throughout the FBI’s investigation.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the top Republican on the House Oversight Committee, is also calling on Horowitz to testify before the panel.

Joe DiGenova...who knows a whole lot more about this stuff than I do...has enormous confidence in Barr and Durham.The other day he told Howie Carr (a Boston talk show host) that the statement Durham released on Monday *and* the comments Barr made on MSLSD the other day tell him that they mean business.

Under what category does a damning sentence belong when it’s changed from “is not” to “is”? Surely not “inaccuracy” or “omission”. That is clearly intentional or doesn’t that count?

After first of year, the House will start an impeachment inquiry into Barr. They can’t have him snooping around.
The folks...on either side...who dismiss the Horowitz report are dead wrong.
It is literally a bombshell. I haven’t finished the first 100 pages for myself and I know that already.
And if this is a bombshell...Durham will be a frickin’ nuke.
