Equal protection clause of the 14th amendment is violated???
When the civil war era politicians drafted the 14th amendment, they intended to create a civil right to body mutilation surgery?
Let the judge pay for those surgeries. The American people are fed up with the judges of this country making us pay for anything more. Just say no.
Is it elective surgery? If so, does Medicaid cover lipo and nose jobs?

Additionally more than 40 percent of those completing the surgery change their minds afterwards and/or become suicidal. Gender dysphoria is a very serious mental illness, adding or cutting off a d*ck is not a medically sound solution.
Taxpayers should not be forced to pay for this cr@p.

It’s in the little known and seldom used Johnson Clause of the 14th Amendment. It says if a man wants to chop off his johnson, the federal government must pay for it. Those wacky post-War Republicans . . .
It appears that until a few of these socialistic judges get their gavels rammed far enough down their throats for it to protrude from their rectums, this crap will continue. Just exactly what statue gives a judge the authority to decide what is and is not covered by Medicade.
