Highly unlikely.

I thought Goldfinger was into irradiating the gold supply. Triggering earthquakes was Zorin’s deal.

The San Andreas Fault forms part of the tectonic boundary between the Pacific and North American Plate. It stretches about 750 miles along the east coast...

That's odd...when did it move 3,000 miles east? What have I crossed many times in the Santa Cruz Mountains?

Oh, so half of California just might break off and slide into the ocean! So what’s the problem?

Really the east coast?

Don't waste your time clicking, folks.

Evidence (from the article):

"The San Andreas Fault forms part of the tectonic boundary between the Pacific and North American Plate. It stretches about 750 miles along the east coast and has the potential to produce major earthquakes."

Newsweak is an awful source for information, but I’d like to read the paper on this.

The Cascadia fault has an 8+M quake about every 300 years. The San Andreas has 7+M about every 100-150 years, depending on the location. That means, just by coincidence, an earthquake along the Cascadia will match up with one on the San Andreas.

I have decided that I now identify as the fault junction quake coordination manager.

Luckily, and it had no small part in my decision, there’s no transition surgery involved.

But, as I am now, by personal and uncontestable decree, in full charge and control of managing quakes originating from either of the two major fault lines, I am declaring myself open for appeasement.

Offerings to delay destruction will be accepted if they are in the form of delivery pizza. Any pizza toppings from any of the legit local delivery outfits will do fine. I like ‘em all.

A lack of pizza will lead to dangerous levels of stress. We don’t want dangerous levels of stress.

Furthermore the Earth will be knocked out of its orbit and spiral into the Sun, the same as the global warmists claim.
