Horowitz just said he can’t say that there was no bias in the Page application. He has said that repeatedly. He has only said he couldn’t find evidence of bias in the predication of crossfire hurricane.

I agree - and Horowitz acknowledges there was bias as evidenced by the texts.

What he says they didn’t find, was direct evidence that the bias influenced decisions.

But that is a bullshit argument because it would take a confession to prove state of mind - and who is stupid enough to admit they based their decisions on bias, knowing it couldn’t otherwise be proven?

As Senator Kennedy said; “absence of evidence doesn’t constitute evidence of absence.”
