Horowitz apparently does not consider electronic surveillance as spying. It has to be a physical person like Mata Hari type to call it spying, in his mind.
I love Fox’s banner. Horowitz found that there was unfavorable sentiments about Trump in the DOJ as well as the FBI, but there was also favorable.

Tell us, Inspector, if there was no bias, what are the odds that ALL 17 infractions would go against the President, while exactly none of them were exculpatory?”

You bet right. I am only referring to the topic of this thread: today's testimony, and what I've heard so far. Things could change, but I began watching with more hope than high expectations this morning, and have been VERY pleasantly surprised.

I kind of sympathize with Horowitz on this point.
He is like a coroner in a murder trial giving forensic testimony.
He can testify that the victim died of a blunt force head injury consistent with a blow from a hammer, and that there was a hammer found at the scene with the defendant’s fingerprints on it.
But if asked by the prosecution whether or not the defendant had a sufficient motive to link him to the crime, he’ll say he has no evidence to lead to that conclusion.
Asking this guy about bias is similar - it’s above his pay grade - that’s for a jury to decide.
It’s not a joke.
This is part of a continuing assault on our republic.
And Congress is complicit.
