I used the business phone for business and the personal phone for personal. Very easy to do. Actually I avoided transacting personal business while on the company clock. Obviously once in a while I received a call, on my personal phone, from the repair shop telling me my car was ready to pick up or a call from my spouse asking me to pick something up on the way home from work. I found it very easy to separate business from personal and use the appropriate phone, computer, and credit card. As a result, I never had any issues.
The better question is if she doesn’t win who pays. No unemployed lawyer (like Page) in her right mind would agree to pay an hourly rate for this piece of dog crap suit, nor would any counsel in their right mind take it on a contingency basis. So who is paying the freight on this one?
