Is this a hand slap or would it have legal significance?
It is my personal opinion that, seeing as how smoothly the FISA misleadings sailed through, with no subsequent uproar from the Court for being misled; the FISA Court was in on the game, and were a cooperating part of the scheme.
If Durham is going back and checking all FISA apps in the past as has been stated, then Comey might well be in for some prison time. Who knows anymore.

What about the FISA Court Judges who rubberstamped the applications? The Steele Dossier contents was well known by the public when the FISA Court Judges approved spying on US citizens in 2017.
