Both were lawyers. It is not unusual for lawyers to not be sworn before testifying. Lawyers swear an oath when they become a lawyer/get licensed to tell the truth before any court or tribunal. No need to re-swear them. As a lawyer I have testified a number of times...and have examined lawyers in court...and not once was I sworn or had another lawyer sworn before testifying.
Since the two leftist hacks weren’t under oath, it is fair for people to say that what they said was “worthless” unless it was said under oath, which would make them eligible to charges of “perjury” before Congress.
