Kimberly Strassel on "The Journal Editorial Report" said that the phone companies could have gone to court to resist Schiff's demand but did not. This sets a bad precedent. The executive branch can't get this kind of data on suspected terrorists without going to court but Adam Schiff can get information on fellow Congressmen without any court review.

Someone suggested that possibly the Southern District of New York supplied the data to Schiff. They are anti-Trump, but would they have access to the data?

The NSA is running this impeachment show, on behalf of the State Department, CIA, and other "Inter-Agency" deep state shadow government heads who have spent 30 years building their money laundering empire.

Trump threatens it all. Democrat or Republican is just bread and circuses for public consumption.

If the SDNY did do this they are in some deep shiite. As is Schiff as well as AT&T for coughing up the data.

For a subpoena, there has to be merit to the need for the request. There is NONE here. Aside from Nunes’ lawsuit there may very well be other answers back to Schiff, from federal investigators. This is actually Grand Jury territory.
