If the SDNY did do this they are in some deep shiite. As is Schiff as well as AT&T for coughing up the data.
For a subpoena, there has to be merit to the need for the request. There is NONE here. Aside from Nunes’ lawsuit there may very well be other answers back to Schiff, from federal investigators. This is actually Grand Jury territory.

It's possible that some of those NSC Obama leftovers ran queries to get that raw data. It's still bothering me what Farkus alluded to “we don't want them to know how we know.” Or what capability did ValJar take with her over to the crash pad in DC?
