Actually Rome manifestly considers both to be members in life and in death, and if anything, it is often the conservatives whose membership in good standing is tenuous.
A stone comes out of the crowd and hits her....Jesus looks at the crowd and yells "MOM STOP THAT"
That is a clear case of bad exegesis. If (John 8:7 condemns judging what someone does to be sinful unless they themselves are sinless, then you have a clear contradiction in Scripture, and which the Lord know and did not contradict.
Instead, He Himself not reproved sinners but told His disciples to follow Him, and sent them out to preach to souls to repent from their sins.
He that saith unto the wicked, Thou art righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him: But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them. (Proverbs 24:24-25)
Which sins would include not judging what someone does to be sinful and calling them to repent, which is exhorted:
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. (Leviticus 19:17)
He that saith unto the wicked, Thou art righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him: But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them. (Proverbs 24:24-25)
And by His Spirit the Lord commands,
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. (Ephesians 5:11)
However, what the Lord reproves is hypocritical judging, that of condemning what someone else does while you are impenitently doing the same:
Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brothers eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brothers eye. (Matthew 7:1-5)
And such impenitently sinners are who the Lord is contextually condemning in the verse you invoke. For the Lord convicted them (evidently) by what He wrote of their hypocrisy, these being impenitent sinners as the Lord details elsewhere, (Mt. 23) and who evidently loved to condemn others.
But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. (John 8:7-9)
Now if raptor22 is a pro-abortion RC then he (?) has no business condemning another RC for being pro-abortion, but as one who seeks to humbly walk according to what he professes and expects other to, and repents when convicted of not doing so, then he has standing to reproved an impenitent proabortion, prosodomy public figure.
When Mary throws stones so to speak, those who exalted her far far far above that which is written, (1 Co. 4:6) even attributing to her attributes and glory which are nowhere ascribed to any created being but to God only, will be among the targets.
While this is probably intended as a diss to Nancy, it makes absolutely no sense. To obtain an indulgence one prays.
May she receive mercy from Almighty God so as to be able to deeply and heart-breakingly repent of her filthy sin, and strength from Almighty God to beseech HIs forgiveness and become a partaker of His atoning work.
I say this because -—though quite a hypocrite -— I prayed today for God’s will to be done, and it is not the Father’s will that any should perish, but that all may be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:4
Communion guidelines FOR CATHOLICS
As Catholics, we fully participate in the celebration of the Eucharist when we receive Holy Communion. We are encouraged to receive Communion devoutly and frequently. In order to be properly disposed to receive Communion, participants should not be conscious of grave sin and normally should have fasted for one hour. A person who is conscious of grave sin is not to receive the Body and Blood of the Lord without prior sacramental confession except for a grave reason where there is no opportunity for confession. In this case, the person is to be mindful of the obligation to make an act of perfect contrition, including the intention of confessing as soon as possible (canon 916). A frequent reception of the Sacrament of Penance is encouraged for all.
Pelosi Clarifies She's Not One Of Those Extremist, Anti-Baby-Murder Catholics

Have FReepers forgotten the way Catholic abortionists like Pelosi justify themselves? They argue for “women’s rights,” its her body to do with as she chooses.” Its the mother’s choice if she chooses to abort her baby. She comes before any baby.
To cut to the chase, its really all about socialism, and one of its chief precepts: FEMINISM. Socialism and feminism first, any conservative religious consideration takes a back seat.
Nancy Pelosi is Catholic like Ted Kennedy was Catholic!
I hardly think that the subject at issue is conscious of grave sin, while again, RC leadership overall, which elected Francis, shows how canon law is to be understood by how they act.
