We all know some individuals who are so obviously good and kind that we are certain if anyone were to dislike them, thats all we would need to know about the person. We would immediately assume he or she is a bad person. To hate the manifestly good is a sure sign of being bad.
Such is the case regarding the Lefts hatred of the Salvation Army. You dont have to be a Christian I am not to appreciate the goodness of the people who run and work for the Salvation Army. They devote their lives to helping the poorest, the saddest, the loneliest and the most troubled among us completely irrespective of race, gender, transgender identity, faith or no faith. And they do it for almost no money. They do it because of their Christian faith.
They provide these downtrodden people with not only food and shelter but also human warmth and love. And they offer the people they care for the one thing most likely to get them out of their predicament: meaning. They offer it; they do not coerce it. And while the vehicle for this meaning Christian faith may not be your faith or mine, so what? It takes a truly narrow-minded bigot to want to deprive people of meaning just because that meaning is rooted in faith or in a faith other than their own.

The Democrat Party is being so stereotypically bad, I’m convinced that Donald Trump is running the DNC.
Hatred of the good for being the good = culture of nihilism = worship of destruction for it own sake as an end in itself = leftardism

Many do not know that The Salvation Army was an offshoot of Methodism
Dennis Prager nails it once again.
After CfAs bow to faggots, I mailed a big check to The Salvation Army, to help make up their CfA loss. Hopefully many have.
A buddy of mine’s dad died a horrible long death due to diabetes, including going blind, when my buddy was ten. The Salvation Army helped the family out immensely.
To hate the manifestly good is a sure sign of being bad.

They hate the Salvation Army and love abortion.
What more do you need to know about these people?
The libs are just opposed to anything that involves private initiative.
The Salvation Army is awesome. As are the Little Sisters of the Poor. So naturally both of them are targets of the left. Because from the lefts point of view, either you are 100% PC, or you must be destroyed.
Conservatives are rightly appalled by this fascist trend. As would be the classical liberals of 50 years ago.
In before the legions of CFA Freeper freaks lauding a chicken sandwich in place of conviction ... as seen on previous threads here.
I looked online for admin costs...Red Cross 92% for salaries, Salvation Army 15% administration costs and fund raising 1%. Don’t know how true but can you imagine the Clinton Foundation admin. costs?
It comes as no surprise that politicians as perverse and filled with hatred as the Democrat politicians would seek to remove from power a President who convokes Americans to follow the teachings of Christ, to trust in God, and to believe in the American Dream: liberty, justice, and prosperity for all the people of the world.
Nothing could be more antithetical to the Democrat Party. Nothing could threaten more the evil and corrupt.
Incidentally, it's also no surprise that the Democrat Party has the support of satanists, atheists, and witches, who have tried more than once to put a hex on President Trump.
What would anyone expect from the party of slavery, the ku klux klan, infanticide, illegal immigration, voter fraud, "impeachment," and coup d'état?
“”Dont know how true but can you imagine the Clinton Foundation admin. costs?””

The SA is one of the finest orgs in the world. It is no surprise the father of lies and his little soldiers would hate them.
Their motto is “Blood and Fire”.
I know,right?
If you can’t cook a better dinner at home, go to the YMCA and take a cooking class.
Learning to cook was one of the most important things I was taught growing up.
Never had to worry about finding a woman to cook for me. Plus, girls like a guy who can cook.
I was in the 1st Armored Div (Artillery) when Martin Luther King was killed; we went to Chicago to quell the riots. As we patrolled the streets we saw The Salvation Army on street corners handing out sandwiches, coffee and “God Bless You” to anyone and everyone.
Red Cross was nowhere in sight.
When we returned to Ft Hood, the soldiers took up a collection and sent it to The Salvation Army.
