Investigators have been trying to determine what motivated a gunman who opened fire in a classroom building on Friday at the Naval Air Station Pensacola. . . identified by the FBI as Mohammed Alshamrani -- a 21-year-old second lieutenant in the Saudi Arabian air force . . . investigators found some concerning statements and online materials but noted that it was still early in the investigation.

Yes, this is a puzzler. I am clueless, just like the investigators. I still don't see anything we can go on to determine motive.

Meanwhile, it took only around 3 hours on the afternoon of November 22, 1963 for then-FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover to call LBJ and let him know they had the case wrapped up and closed. JFK had been assassinated by a “lone gunman” whom the FBI already had in custody. Yeah. Right.
