--SNIP-- Since the law took effect in April, 574 accused domestic abusers in Philadelphia were ordered to hand over their weapons, but only 62 of them complied.
Im really shocked at those figures, said former State Rep. Marguerite C. Quinn, a Republican from Bucks County who sponsored the bill that ultimately became the domestic-violence law known as Act 79. Is it a matter of manpower? Is it disrespect of the new law? Is it they are going out and people dont have guns? I have a domino of questions.

It won’t go or end well for them, here in York County, either.

So if I want to, I can take away your 2nd amendment rights by simply filing a complaint?
I don't have to be a spouse or relative?
Don't need witnesses or evidence?
Don't need to convince a judge to sign anything?
Just a name and an address, and I don't even have to prove I live there?

You misspelled the last word in your post.
There should be an “a” where the “i” is located.

Barely 10% compliance. Similar to other places that have gun bans.

They won’t do that. Their plan is to take away guns one tiny increment at a time so that the 2nd Amendment dies a death of a thousand cuts.

The Philly DA is a Soros stooge. He would rather let crooks go than agitate his voting base. Note the compliance rate in the surrounding counties is much higher but still very low.
All these gun laws are just Trojan Horses designed to stir the pot and promote mass gun confiscation.

They do this because no one will object if domestic abusers are compelled to disarm themselves. First it was felons, then those accused of domestic violence, then it will be .50 cal rifles, then it will be “assault weapons” (because no one “needs” an assault weapon”), then it is any semi automatic firearm, then high powered “sniper rifles”, then handguns, then shotguns, then black powder firearms. One state and one group at a time.

Yeah, I’m sooooo shocked. Shocked those 65 bothered to abide.
Why would a bully controlling jealous mentally ill spouse ever want to give up their control?

Women use PFA petitions as a weapon. So what are men going to do about it?
Every man who has ever been falsely accused has a father. When are thsose fathers going to unite and defend them?

Accused abusers? Not convicted? ... so all a woman has to do is accuse her estranged spouse of abuse and he can be stripped of his Constitutional rights?? That cannot be legal.

We did. Our sons exwife was a mess. We were paying the rent and our son wanted her out. She had given him one black we knew of and was a horribly abusive drunk. Her mother wanted our son to stipulate that he had abused her because evidently in the state where they lived a person could get money for rent if he/she had to move out because of abuse. I exploded and so did Mr. Mercat. It didnt happen and I think she ended up moving in with her mother.

This. They know they can’t kill the 2nd Amendment outright so they are going for the boiling-frog approach.

It's great that you defended your son, but I mean on a national level. Laws that deny men due process should never be allowed to pass, and wouldn't if they intended to impact women. Why? Because women would fight back on a national level and make any man who passed those laws regret it.
And don't get me started on why men aren't organizing on a national level and fighting back. Suffice it to say, the "war on men" and the "war on boys" couldn't happen without the captitulation or cooperation of men.
