Another American is coming home. Xiyue Wang, who has been held on false charges in Iran for over three years, has been released and is on his way back to the United States. Mr. Wang will soon be reunited with his wife and son, who have missed him dearly. We will not rest until we bring every American detained in Iran and around the world back home to their loved ones. We thank the Swiss government for facilitating the return of Mr. Wang, and are pleased the Iranian government has been constructive in this matter.
Good news!
But I can’t help but notice that his name sounds Chinese...
Grateful for all small and large miracles!
This would not take place under any Democrat Administration.
This would not take place under most Republican Administrations.
May the Lord God keep Pres Trump, Vice Pres Pence and their staff walking the truth of the Constitution and the TRUTH of Jesus Christ.
Please, Father in Heaven, keep them and their families and support staff honest and safely guarded.
Please, Father in Heaven, cause their enemies, both earthly and spiritual to flounder and fall.
In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Xiyue Wang is a Princeton Ph.D. student in history who has been wrongfully imprisoned since August 2016 in Iran. The news of his detention only became public in July 2017. Wang was conducting research for his dissertation on late 19th and early 20th century Eurasian history. This website has been organized by his friends and colleagues as a source of information on his case and in support of his release. He has a wife and young son who have not seen him in nearly three years.
Over three years ago, Xiyue left home and arrived in Tehran for his Ph. D. dissertation research. He has been held at Evin Prison for more than 1000 days. He is a scholar, a husband and father, not a spy. Its time for him to come home. - Hua Wang, Xiyue Wang's Wife
