If anyone read the article the hold is only until Dec. 13 - 7 days. I think RBG and the Dems plan to put a lump of coal in the President’s Christmas stocking.

I’m reading that this is a pre-decision as to if they’re going to take the case or not. That comes on the 13th?

On the 13th, they will decide whether tgo take up the case...but there will be no decision until June.

And that's really, really close to the election.
