“All these shootings”? How do you know THIS shooting involves psychotropics?

A serving sailor assigned guard duty for a fast attack nuclear powered submarine in drydock. Armed guard duty. These are not allowed such duty under clinical treatment. Strategic naval weapons defending our Nuclear Triad. Never would happen.

Something else at work on the individual— directed at civilian employees of Sea Systems Command contractors.

Local TV Station:

[Sheriff] Morgan would not say if the shooter belonged to the military and said he did not want to speculate on whether the shooting was terrorism-related.

Guarding a fast attack LA class nuclear submarine in drydock— is NOT a ‘gun-free’ zone, FRiend. Always, an armed uniformed guard (not a civilian guard) for part of our strategic nuclear triad (fast attack sub killer submarines).

You are off the mark on the “situation” which is not civilian, except the individuals who were shot. There is something else at work.

And the sub’s commander may lose command over it. Speaking from experience/family/careers.

No, FRiend. Untrue. Not around our nukes, and weapons systems. Standard US Navy procedures, in our ports and in foreign ports. For a nuclear fast attack sub in drydock— US Navy personnel, armed (M4 full auto, and M9 in combat gear). Our weapons storage area— United States Marines with shoot to kill clearance to defend— serious firepower. As we should expect for weapons that can remove many cities in one explosion.

We don’t hire rent a cops for this job.

Relative to the Pearl Harbor situation-— we are seeing the probable end result of Ray “FAG” Mabus’s stint as SecNav for the 8 years of the butt pirate in chief... obi-won-kenyobi.

After years of research involving past incidents like this involving Military and Veterans on these meds for PTSD I am making an educated assumption and calling it in advance. Time will tell, And I would make a very confident bet on it being a factor. It already has all the signs and indicators. But we will see...

How many armed guards?

How many service personnel plus civilian employees?

How many square ft. of buildings and how many acres of land?

You have the same situation as with cops in a city.

They always arrive just in time to view the aftermath.

And your comment on the base commander proves the point that no one can protect you as well as you can protect yourself....

FRiend... none, zero, of the information you are asking- will be revealed. For obvious reasons.

The security of our active weapons systems is NOT left to rent a cops. We may never know the result of the total review of this. But— it had better include a review of “mixed” crews and the profiling and selection of the same.

The USS Cole was attacked by muslim terrorists- and the on ship guard-— by the then Navy regs, did NOT have a fully limbered and armed Ma Deuce 50 cal or 20mm gun on guard while fueling in Qatar! This is how this shite happens. This is the legacy of SecNav Ray Mabus. That is for certain, the atmosphere 8 years of butt pirate obamaumao’s SecNav.

The Naval Aviation bases have different security- again for obvious reasons. Of interest is having to ask a local LEO on base to neutralize. The clearances for security are extremely different. Fighter planes are not in the nuclear triad strategic weaponry, except as force protection for strategic bombers (not stationed at Pcola).

Depends on the “problems with command” the Admiral’s Mast was scheduled to address with this deceased active duty ship’s compliment sailor— with his current ship’s commander (if the “reports” are remotely true). There is a Captain in command at the Drydock (Sea Systems Command, who contracts the civilians/experts who work on the repairs— all kinds of companies, Raytheon, Treadwell,Northrup Grumman...hundreds of them)— Duty station for the ship in drydock, assigned by drydock commander (not in line command of the individual)? Doubt it.
