This guy is a legal scholar and he is saying that the president robbed the Congress of its power of impeachment? When did that happen?
They are showing 5 second video clips of trump saying in public that hes fighting subpoenas. This is absolutely crazy subpoenas always have to be enforced in court.
All this is is more typical little child liberalism: “Everybody know Trump is guilty so he is, and here are some of our friends to say so.”
These people are exposing a raw bias driven opinion in each and every case. I really am enjoying this and look forward to the R’s questioning.
I’ve been on two technical civil suit juries. In both cases, the defendant looked to be in BIG trouble when the plaintiff made their case, but in both cases the defendant won.
They are now using “ we think we know what he was doing”. The fact that the money was released is irrelevant.
In other words we know his intent based on our desires...
Trying to define “ soliciting “ versus his legally defined duty to investigate corruption.
