How did this happen?
The House’s Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on Tuesday released the much-anticipated “Trump-Ukraine Impeachment Inquiry Report.”
The Democrats accused President Trump of abusing his power, obstruction and witness intimidation.
Schiff also obtained his own committee’s ranking member GOP Rep. Devin Nunes and Nunes’s aide Derek Harvey’s phone records as part of the “impeachment inquiry.”
“It is deeply concerning that at a time when the president of the United States was using the power of his office to dig up dirt on a political rival, that there may be evidence that there were members of Congress complicit in that activity,” Schiff said on Tuesday of Nunes’ communications with Ukrainian-American Lev Parnas and Rudy Giuliani.
But it wasn’t just Rep. Nunes and his aide Derek Harvey whose phone records were obtained by Democrats.
This violates President Trump’s constitutional rights!
Judicial Watch founder and President Tom Fitton called this an outrageous abuse of President Donald Trump’s Constitutional rights.

Notice is supposed to be provided of any subpoena to the person whose records are being subpoenaed. That person can legally challenge the subpoena. Did that happen here? If not, this is a violation of the law.
As Chief Executive Officer, President Trump does not need Taylor, and should quietly bring Shokin in.
It must be kept completely quiet, so the Demons cannot wreck the effort, or literally have someone killed.

This sounds very illegal. Hope it is and the counsel for Congress, is that position exists, determines that Schiff and his comrades violated not only Congressional codes of conduct re investigations, but also federal Privacy Act statues and related laws.
Time to send Schiff to jail for the rest of his life. Big Bubba is waiting for him and is hungry for some new meat.

Worse - these are tactics that were used behind the iron curtain.

This is worse than projection. This is an alinksy tactic used by the ‘rats and the left to deliberately obfuscate and confuse the masses by purposefully accusing the other side of their own crimes.
This is a calculated strategy.
Seem to me that the Senate should be able to do the same for Schiff’s phone records.
