“HE COMMITTED A CRIME WHEN HE LOOKED AT THEM.”

The House has Constitutionally legal subpoena power.

The entire House vote to award that power to the 3 Committees involved in the investigation.

BUT, I cannot imagine the DOJ honoring such a subpoena.

This leads me to believe Schiff has ONLY records from the House office switchboard. That would be something he could obtain.

But if he has anything else, it’s an illegal wiretap and violation of civil rights Under Color of Law.

“The phone records were apparently obtained from AT&T, according to a footnote in the report.”

From the article.

You obviously know the law so I would be interested if you ultimately determine he (DipSchiff) did indeed break the law with regards to accessing phone records of Trump's personal attorney..

Also, this isn't simply a matter of what Schiff looked at. Was it okay for Schiff to PUBLICLY RELEASE THAT INFORMATION?? Isn't Schiff required to PROTECT it from public dissemination?

Executive privilege only applies to DEMONRAT Presidents, am I right?
