I. The President's Misconduct: The President Conditioned a White House Meeting and Military Aid to Ukraine on a Public Announcement of Investigations Beneficial to his Reelection CampaignActually
- An investigation into the past Corruption including he payoffs to the Bidens and Kerrys is in the best interest of America. It doesn't matter if revealing that corruption helps Trump politically.
- An investigation into the 2016 election interference by Ukraine and by the Ukrainian company Crowdstrike is in the American interest. Again if it helps the President politically, too bad.
- There is no evidence the aid or the meetings were conditioned on anything.
- Sondland's call with Trump clearly indicated "No Quid Pro Quo".
- Sondland admitted that no one told him that there was any quid pro quo's, that he presumed it.
- The transcript was clear and there was no quid pro quo.
- It's also clear that there was no quid pro quo because it never came up in conversations with the Ukrainian officials after the phone call.
- The meeting and the aid occurred without Ukraine doing any thing.
II. The President's Obstruction of the House of Representatives' Impeachment Inquiry: The President Obstructed the Impeachment Inquiry by Instructing Witnesses and Agencies to Ignore Subpoenas for Documents and Testimony
Well
- Separation of powers and Executive Privilege.
- This is the third year of witch hunts.
- Democrats created an unfair hearing environment that denied Republican witnesses, due process, and basic fairness.

“II. The President’s Obstruction of the House of Representatives’ Impeachment Inquiry: The President Obstructed the Impeachment Inquiry by Instructing Witnesses and Agencies to Ignore Subpoenas for Documents and Testimony”
This was a mere “inquiry.” The Intelligence Committee had no power of subpoena, as it would have with a formal Impeachment Investigation. Legally, Trump didn’t have to comply with ANYTHING that this committee asked for/demanded/stood on its head naked and cried for. Nancy did it this way on purpose, so that if it failed it was a mere inquiry and she could throw Schiff under the bus...which may well happen.

CrowdStrike is NOT a Ukrainian company.

Not according to Schitt-for-brains. He covers that in his self-serving Report. He claims they DID allow due process but if they didnt, the President isnt allowed due process in House procedures anyway, and they can make up their own rules for impeachment and hearings, too! And they didnt deny any Republican witnesses* because they were essentially identical to Democrat witnesses, amazingly. WOW! Imagine that. *Unsaid: after I edited their list.
