Skip to comments.A Pennsylvania County’s Election Day Nightmare Underscores Voting Machine Concerns
Posted on 12/02/2019 7:11:05 PM PST by LurkedLongEnough
Vote totals in a Northampton County judges race showed one candidate, Abe Kassis, a Democrat, had just 164 votes out of 55,000 ballots across more than 100 precincts. Some machines reported zero votes for him. In a county with the ability to vote for a straight-party ticket, one candidates zero votes was a near statistical impossibility. Something had gone quite wrong.
Lee Snover, the chairwoman of the county Republicans, said her anxiety began to pick up at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 5. She had trouble getting someone from the election office on the phone. When she eventually got through, she said: Im coming down there and you better let me in.
With clearly faulty results in at least the judges election, officials began counting the paper backup ballots generated by the same machines. The paper ballots showed Mr. Kassis winning narrowly, 26,142 to 25,137, over his opponent, the Republican Victor Scomillio.
People were questioning, and even I questioned, that if some of the numbers are wrong, how do we know that there arent mistakes with anything else? said Matthew Munsey, the chairman of the Northampton County Democrats, who, along with Ms. Snover, was among the observers as county officials worked through the night to count the paper ballots by hand.

The DIMS are pursuing every possibility of voting fraud.
A Soros owned company owns the division that makes and distributes voting machines to most states. FReepers said 31 states, I think.
There were several minority areas where Trump got “zero” and this was odd as not 100% minority residents. Just mostly.
Other precincts in Detroit had amounts such as 4,301 for Hillary and 2,410 total voters living there. Funny how popular Hillary was. Cemetery voting was high, too. That’s why Jill Stein abruptly ended her recount project in Michigan. Oops.
“To initiate a vote, a voter places a blank ballot-shaped piece of paper in the machine, makes their selections on the screen, and then presses the word vote. The machine prints a ballot that is protected under a plate of glass for the voter to review. The voter then clicks cast on the screen, the digital votes are recorded on a USB and the backup ballot is transmitted to a sealed canister in the back of the machine.”
Sounds like a good system, if the digital votes match the ballots. They obviously did not. The machines are probably a poorly designed piece of crap, using cheap components and buggy software.
Soros machines. Why would Soros want people to doubt his machines?
When Trump wins in a landslide in 2020, Demonrats want some credibility that the machines might not be reliable. What better way than to rig a small race to favor the Republican? Software will do whatever it is programmed to do, including marking the paper ballot as invalid if it is a Trump ballot. And the machine could already be stuffed with 200 Demonrat ballots before voting begins. Plus early and often voting is very common. In 2004, the machines were so slow that people only had enough time to vote twice in Ohio.
Because of this, the Demonrats won the Secretary of State elections in 2006 in many states. By magick, Puff Soetoro won in 2008 and 2012. Early voting. In Washington State, once vote by mail became law, the Republicans will never again have a chance. The people who count the votes don’t matter if Republican votes never make it to the counters.
Electronic voting, same day registration, no ID voting, absentee ballots, provisional ballots, 3rd party ballot collection - ARE ALL INVITATIONS TO FRAUD
Gee... what a coincidence. They recounted, and the democrat managed to squeak by with a win.
Nah. No fraud there. No cheating there, at all. Nope.
I sure hope President Trump has people watching the polling stations next year, and challenging EVERY democrat win in court.
Concede NOTHING to them, ever.
Er, very Well Designed and crafted to operate as they do. We kust don’t get the full instructions manual the Dems get.
I have absolutely NO FAITH in the leader of the RNC, NONE so will this voter crap be taken care of AND watched over closely???? NO!!!
bio-keys must be defined and mechanisms to read them must be available
to be a valid voting system:
- there must be a publicly available block chain (election block chain, EBC)
- bio-keys of controlling central authorities (CA) registered
to be a valid voting location:
- must register with the EBC
- the bio-key of the controlling local authority (LA) must be registered w/ the EBC
- acceptance into the EBC must be authorized by the CA
To be eligible to vote in a district, every voter must:
- register at a designated local office
- registration will capture bio-key information linking to the voter
- voter bio-key will require acceptance of the LA
When an election is declared:
- the list of elections define the ballot for that event and register with the EBC
- for every eligible voter, a bio-key linked ballot will be issued
When a voter goes to vote:
- their ballot is pulled up using their bio-key
- upon completing the ballot, the choices are signed by LA and stored in the EBC
- only the most recent bio-key ballot cast prior to polls closing is used for tallies
- a receipt could be printed for the voter along with an ID to allow confirmation in the EBC
So in the recount the Democrat lead went from 164 to just under a thousand?
Explain the discrepancy, Democrats.
"Rank-voting" takes days to count--an opportunity for mischief. Where the loser can take the office!
"Ballot-Harvesting" is LEGAL in CA.
BTW: Can we add up how many Republican contests are "squeakers"?
“Mr. Kassis winning narrowly, 26,142 to 25,137, over his opponent, the Republican Victor Scomillio.”
Democrats always win close elections.
