The judge should be stripped of his robe and dipped in boiling hot tar.

People busting into your home screaming “cops!” may not actually be cops.

Home invaders have dressed up as officers and broken into homes armed. To automatically assume home invaders are who they say they are can easily lead to you and your family and pets’ deaths. In the case of actual cops this also applies.

The judge should be stripped of his robe and serve some jail time.

Never happen in America.

These black robed thugs are above the law as they have demonstrated over and over again.

The abuse of so called no knock warrants is off the charts. It’s sickening. It is truly banana republic stuff.

They are [logically] a death warrant for someone in the house. If someone smashes in my door in the middle of the night I am going to start shooting. I would be stupid if I did not under those circumstances.

Another aspect is the use of para military teams (SWAT) to “serve” warrants for non violent offenses. Basically it is a military style attack. Eff the Bill of Rights.

Local law enforcement should not be a paramilitary operation. It is contrary to the whole principle of what America is supposed to be. The framers of the Constitution would be appalled at the military force being applied against citizens as it is now.

Or to people at the "oops, wrong address."

When you have to (or think you have to) make military strikes on civilian homes, it is time to seriously evaluate the state of the republic.

Local cities sold swat to the people under the guise of dealing with drugs and gangs that had fortified places and lots of firearms and weapoms.

That’s not who they use swat on though. the known drug and gang houses/hideouts are still there and well-known to the cops.

“James Scott Reed, 40, had a violent history and was known to be armed when he was selling narcotics...Reed’s history of violent threats and criminal activity created a need for a no-knock entry...A woman who was inside the apartment at the time of the shooting was arrested and is facing narcotics charges, police said.”

Nothing wrong with arresting criminals but this no-knocking needs to stop. Anyone could have been in the house, including children when bullets were flying. It also could have been the wrong address.
