The abuse of so called no knock warrants is off the charts. It’s sickening. It is truly banana republic stuff.

They are [logically] a death warrant for someone in the house. If someone smashes in my door in the middle of the night I am going to start shooting. I would be stupid if I did not under those circumstances.

Another aspect is the use of para military teams (SWAT) to “serve” warrants for non violent offenses. Basically it is a military style attack. Eff the Bill of Rights.

Local law enforcement should not be a paramilitary operation. It is contrary to the whole principle of what America is supposed to be. The framers of the Constitution would be appalled at the military force being applied against citizens as it is now.

Or to people at the "oops, wrong address."

Local cities sold swat to the people under the guise of dealing with drugs and gangs that had fortified places and lots of firearms and weapoms.

That’s not who they use swat on though. the known drug and gang houses/hideouts are still there and well-known to the cops.
