The House doesn’t deal with treaties. Obama’s 2015 executive agreement wasn’t a treaty and never ratified by the Senate.
We’re not obligated to implement the Paris Accords from which we withdrew.

Trump DOES NOT have the backing of those in charge to take down those filthy bastards!! I really believe his administration is overwhelmed!
