Isn’t there a law prohibiting some one from misrepresenting their authority outside the country? Like when Kerry goes to Iran? Or member of the house interferes in a topic when the senate is the power to consent?

It’s the Logan Act and if I remember correctly, no one has ever been convicted of violating it.
