White House counsel Pat Cipollone on Sunday night informed House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) that they will not take part in the panel's first impeachment hearing later this week.
Read the letter Cipollone sent to Nadler on behalf of President Trump below.

I think they would have to give up executive privilege of the white House wished to participate. It’s not in their interest as there is no proper due process.
Kiss my ass
Nad is a sewage plant with the valves turned backwards.
This is a nothing burger but mostly cheese. In fact the cheesiest thing the Dumbocrats have done.
Ill summarize the letter for the sake of brevity:
Dear Lard@ss: we will not waste our time on your stupid impeachment bullsh*t. Go F yourself, you morbidly obese POS. Sincerely......
Good. Why give in to the circus?
LOL. I like that one. Its true too.
“I would have posted all 5 pages but 3, 4, and 5, don’t download.
See Scribd link for full letter. “
Gee!!! I can’t download them either.
Another entry for my proposed Hornbook: “Drafting the ‘Dear Scumbag’ Letter”.
I would have packed the letter in Vaseline.
To all Freepers:

click on the highlighted letter to the panel’s chairman.
No Scribd link problems to deal with.
It’s shame that this will be taking place as PDJT and FLOTUS are across the pond, engaged in NATO business.
BTW, they are set to depart tomorrow morning @9:45
The folks missing their daytime television to listen to law professors are really going to love that.
Cheesy. That’s the word I was looking for.
Wow! Talk about transparency. This letter is a huge rebuke to the democrats’ conduct throughout this whole impeachment sham. The writers of it sound to me like they have really done their homework in making a case against the crooked c*#%s going after Trump. A really good experiment would have been to monitor Nadlers blood pressure and respiration while he read it.
In other words, GFY you depraved POS...
Yes, nicely written!
That letter is one for the history books. Should be taught in every law class regarding the Executive Branch and separation of powers.
