Gohmert: Calling Hunter Biden as a Witness ‘More of a Sideshow’
Breitbart ^ | 30 Nov 2019 | IAN HANCHETT

On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “The Story,” House Judiciary Committee member Louie Gohmert (R-TX) stated that calling Hunter Biden as a witness is “more of a sideshow.”

According to Gohmert, that was because Hunter Biden didn’t hold a government position.

Gohmert called for the whistleblower, former NSC employee Abigail Grace, and former NSC employee Sean Misko to be called as witnesses.

Host Ed Henry then asked Gohmert about calling Hunter Biden as a witness.

Gohmert responded, “That’s more of a sideshow. Because the real corruption is not with Hunter Biden. He wasn’t in a position of — a government position. The question is Joe Biden.”

“ I think Gohmert is saying that Hunter wasn’t part of the coup.”

Anyone who thinks hunter is not part of the coup is making excuses. They don’t see Trump and us coming out ahead and want to create some kind of respected status among leftists running this thing

That’s a joke like a wimpy parent of a completely spoiled but wealthy destructive psychopath

Excuses are not going to help root out the corrupt deep state

They already have the goods on Hunter Biden should they decide to prosecute him. And there is no guarantee of that because of who he is.

I predict that if he were called to testify then he will take the 5th. He has no other choice.

If he tells the truth then he will convict himself.

If he lies then there is information that would easily prove that he is lying. So then he will face more charges.

Sometimes the arrogant stupidity of those who think they are “good” amazes me. If the President was supposed to be a comportment teacher he would be a figurehead. If he’s supposed to get things done he needs to be self-confident and understand how to wield power.

It is not possible to put being nice above the practical issues that need to be addressed especially since the other side lies, cheats and connives. They would only take advantage of niceness to hamstring an opponent who was afraid to soil himself by being blunt and calling them out.

Nice guys finish last is a saying for a reason. I don’t admire that reality and I have always tried to be in a position of strength such that I could win in a fair manner without being cruel or cutthroat but in the end with the Country at stake President Trump doesn’t have that luxury.

What really burns me up is that he is taking the heat for his commitment to rescuing America from sanctimonious above the fray people benefiting from the results of his blunt, outspoken “take no prisoners” actions.

"... Hunter is the tip of the iceberg and they know this may not end well..."

There is influence peddling on both sides of the Swamp.

Same

We were watching Season 2 again over the holiday (of ‘24’, of course). Jack shoots the guy. When George clutches his pearls over it, instead of agreeing, seeing the bad part of it, Jack says to him, “gonna need a hacksaw”.

Jack then goes on to tell George what’s wrong with him - that so many people want the job done but they don’t want to get their hands dirty

That’s the way I see Trump in this. Americans love Jack Bauer. and they like this roll up your sleeves to get the bad guy about him

It’s why I think a lot of people Are quiet about liking Trump.

Besides, I don’t even find him unpleasant. I find him quite like able. many people in my family are from Queens including my father. so that could be part of it.

That’s a quote from Hunter Biden’s interview when he told the interviewer to say it nicer with regard to his being in and out of drug rehab.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone actually say that before.

And the resistance to bringing the Bidens into the fray may be a symptom identifying swamp dwellers.

I’m from Brooklyn. I think he’s a great man just like he is. Perfect gentleman, who channel presidential, bore me.

DJT lives to his code of honor and it is a much better code than most people’s. It does not prevent him from hitting back hard enough to discourage those who hit him first, nor does it prevent plain & colorful speech.
