Trump should start trolling the hell out of the DNC and the media, encouraging impeachment so they can have a trial to investigate Democrat RICO corruption. “The Democrats will get to say that they impeached me in the House...on their way to jail for corruption and treason when they are convicted in the Senate!”

No one will be watching or tuned in to these two buffoons on TV. I might remind you, Ms. Pelosi, the USA is about an 80% Christian Country!!!
Ms. Nancy Pelosi is far from being a strategic thinker. The very people that crucified Jesus Christ with the aid of the Roman Army....condemning another Christian (POTUS, Donald J. Trump) in the middle of the Christian High Holy Days...this woman,....sadly, is not too bright!!! The TV viewer ratings will not even be measurable...period!!!

The Cabinet and Henry Clay argued that Tyler was Acting President until the Electoral College chosen in the 1840 election could be re-seated at its respective state capitals and choose a new president and vice president. Had that argument prevailed, Clay was sure that he would be chosen as president.
Question: If the Democrats impeached Trump for reasons other than those 4, could the Supreme Court overturn the impeachment?
