It’s true Adam Schiff is operating outside the US Constitution. I think everyone agrees. He and Nadler were set up to be point people in the obstruction of justice, by hindering and or crippling the office of the president for political purposes. The impeachment inquiry being broadcasted live in TV showed the world that these hearings had no purpose other than the Democrats are still angry at losing in 2016.
