Former Pentagon aide Guy Snodgrass would neither confirm nor deny Monday that he is the anonymous administration official who wrote "A Warning" during an evasive appearance on Fox News amid speculation that he was indeed the writer of the controversial anti-Trump book.
Gallagher then asked if he was denying writing “A Warning” or simply declining to make the announcement at this time and Snodgrass – who sent a cryptic message “the swirl continues” earlier in the day – continued to sidestep the question.
Gallagher asked, “Why not just deny it outright?"
Snodgrass offered a vague response that it was “the latest in a long series of D.C. parlor games,” saying that similar things have been going on for decades.
The speculation began when David Kusnet, once President Bill Clinton’s chief speechwriter, penned a Monday piece for The New Republic titled, “Could This Be the Guy Who Wrote Anonymous’s ‘Warning?’” Kusnet argues that both “A Warning” and the author’s infamous 2018 New York Times op-ed “bear a striking resemblance” to Snodgrass’ own writings.

Mattis, Kelly and McMaster were all mistakes.

I don’t really have much of a problem with Mattis, and I think Kelly was probably a poor choice. But McMaster was bad news from Day One.
Snodgrass is a former navy aviator. Mattis was a Marine. Kelly was a Marine and was trying to organize the resistance and admitted it. Then you have this most recent mutiny. What the hell has happened in the naval services that so many high officers there have become deep state traitors?
And at a time when they cannot keep destroyers from colliding with container ships.
Mattis, the never married, no girlfriend general, with a flair for the dramatic, refused to intervene in drag queen shows on ships at sea, or to drum out trannies.
Draw your own conclusions.
Now there’s a book that will sell. I never knew Mattis was never married, etc.
Like I said. Draw you own conclusion. But an overly dramatic, lifelong bachelor, indifferent to drag queens on ships and thinking trannies should stay... people used to know exactly what that meant.
Either they’re onto something here, or this is an attempt to cover for the real anonymous writer.
w watched this guy and got the impression that he knows he is NOT that “Anonympous”, but is simply enjoying all the free publicity to pump his actual book while he can ...
