Prominent journalist Andy Ngo, who is the Editor-at-large at The Post Millennial, has been temporarily suspended from Twitter following a response tweet to human rights campaigner, Clinton Foundation operator, and political heir Chelsea Clinton regarding trans murder rates.
The tweet by Clinton highlights the deaths of more than 150 trans people who have been murdered in the U.S. since 2013, the majority black transgender women.
The post included a quoted tweet and a video by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC.) On #TDoR2019 (trans day of remembrance,) we remember and honor the lives lost, hold their loved ones in our hearts and must commit to doing all we can to end this epidemic of violence and hate.
In response, Ngo tweeted the following:
The US is one of the safest countries for trans people. The murder rate of trans victims is actually lower than that for cis population. Also, who is behind the murders? Mostly black men.
Twitter employees deemed Ngos tweet violated the Twitter Rules, specifically for their rules against hateful conduct.
In response to the suspension, Ngo provided comment to The Post Millennial: Stating a verifiable empirical claim with no value judgement attached is determined to be hateful conduct by Twitter. The platform most used by journalists to communicate and counter fake news also actively punishes individuals for communicating truths when they are deemed politically inconvenient.
The stat that Ngo is citing does, in fact, come from the HRCs own numbers.
As outlined by Federalist writer Chad Felix Greene, the black communitys issues with transphobia are amongst the worst in the country, along with the Hispanic community. Greene uses data made available from HRC reports in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.
Of the 118 listed cases from 2015 to 2019, 52 have known murderers. The above chart reveals that the racial identity of the victim and the murderer seem entirely irrelevant to the murder motivation, writes Greene.
While 67 percent of the victims are indeed black, and the majority are trans women, as reported, the majority of their killers are black as well. This is true for white victims and a single Native American victim who was murdered by a Native American killer. In the 2016 case of Brandi Bledsoe, the murderers were both black and white and were also trans women.
These stats are backed up by individual cases as well. Detroit, for example, is a city which has ranked amongst the highest in violence for decades. As documented by BuzzFeed: Nowhere do the violence and homicides appear as concentrated as the Palmer Park area in Detroit Detroit is 84 percent black in demographics, with the majority of crime being black-on-black.
Epstein’s death was a ‘perfect storm’ alright.. A ‘perfectly intentional storm’
Boy, isn’t that the truth.
I know Twitter, Facebook, Google and YouTube are all anti-free speech entities, but in reading this exchange I could only shake my head.
Speaking the truth (Ngo) brings punishment, while those speaking lies (Clinton) are tolerated and praised.
I know. I should know better. I SHOULD expect it. But to see it so starkly is somewhat...disconcerting.
This type of treatment by Twitter to suppress free expression is what you have in totalitarian states. Those who run Twitter have no concept of the lessons of history. In fact, that Twitter exists is because of the freedoms that give liberty to free expression. Hypocrites.
Not off hand, BUT, you may recall the story of the guy pretending to be a woman who seduced a young girl, in what she thought was a lesbian relationship, and HE was prosecuted.
Rape by deception is a situation in which the perpetrator obtains the victim's consent to engage in sexual intercourse or other sex acts, but gains it by deception or false statements or actions. Judicial treatment of such situations varies greatly by country and even by case.
I wonder if these black male prostitutes are collateral deaths from the black-on-black carnage that exists in places like drug-ridden Chicago. Perhaps it is not the result of hate crime, but the existence of illegal drug marketing by black retailers (drug gangs for those in Rio Linda) protecting their addicted market.
Do you know any single men who would not kill a guy engaging in sex with them while pretending to be a woman?
I read a article about that exact situation a while back. This guy picked up a prostitute whom he thought was female. But in getting down to business, he discovered”she” was really male.
So you wonder if these transvestite prostitutes are attacked and killed not because of being dressed that way, but because they are pretending to be females.
Andy has compiled a pant load of Antifa mugshots here:

The problem with these black-ballers is they never know when to quit. For them blackballing is like sex and they are sooooo addicted to it. The public will drop them like the girly boys they are and their Twitter-sphere will collapse upon them while they cry empty pocketed in their one room dumps.
I wonder if these transvestite prostitutes use their female attire as cover for their physical strength as men. When an unsuspecting John is in his most vulnerable position, using the advantage of their strength, they attempt to rob him of his money. The John reaches for his wallet in one pocket and his gun in the other. The transvestite over played his advantage.
I do not discuss this sort of thing with any single (or married) men I know. However, that did not answer my question about the criminal statute for “rape by fraud.” Is it because it has not occurred to any state or the feds to criminalize a man’s having sex while claiming to be a woman?
I could see a civil cause of action under the Uniform Commercial Code ... materially misleading representation, for example, although it depends on what the “product” is. If the product is the sex act, and the sex act occurred, then it’s a standard transaction. You paid for X, you got X.
On the other hand, if the person is the object of the transaction, then you could have a misrepresentation, although the defendant - the cross-dressing man - could claim he was sure the other man knew he was a man all along.
If there isn’t any statute law up to this point, I doubt there ever will be, because it is now social dogma that a man is a woman is a man is a woman is a man, whatever they say they be at this moment.
No, I don’t remember that. What was the charge?
It looks like that’s a concept but not law, then.
That’s entirely possible. Many people are murdered because of where they are - in a very high-crime area - rather than who they are or what they are doing.
“Do you know any single men who would not kill a guy engaging in sex with them while pretending to be a woman?”
Better they kill themselves for falling for it.
In some cases the cause of death seems to bear little relationship to the sexual orientation, or gender presented by the victim. Mr. Greene points out that in certain instances individuals included on lists of transgender victims lost their lives due to events that could occur to anyone regardless of whether or not they were transgender, such as an accidental shooting by a friend.
This article by Chad Greene in the Federalist has a reasoned analysis of the available data, and explores some of the cases.
I just checked out this guy’s twitter feed, man, PT Barnum could have made serious dough off these freaks Ngo has documented!
Amen!
Please Mr. Twitter, using this doll, point to where Mr. Ngo’s words hurt you.
