She voted in the best interest of her constituents.
She was not against the tax bill per se, but the provision called SALT that raised the taxes of all by exempting the deduct ability is state taxes

I think she voted against the tax bill because in NY state it was a tax increase for a lot of folks due to NY States income tax deduction rules.
