In a column in the Washington Post one of Roger Stones DC jurors essentially admits he did not pay attention to defense arguments

Yes.
You help to explain the difficulty the President and the AG face.
But come to think of it, some of the crimes were committed in foreign countries.
Now just suppose they extradited the scumbags and tried them under their laws with their jurors.
Interesting.
Their best, most intelligent features are highest in that photo.
Thanks Swarthy Greek Immigrant.
My grandson’s good friend at boarding school is very Conservative and his parents live in D.C.(Georgetown) and are equally Conservative. So, there are 2.
Honestly, in today’s environment in congress and in DC in general why would anyone talk at all? Take the 5th. Process crimes are a guarantee if you are a Trump supporter so do not talk.
How many times do we have to see it to believe it?

It’s been overdone but here is yet another OJ trial anecdote.
When one of the late ejected OJ jurors was replaced by an alternate, the first woman (African American) said, after the painstakingly detailed explanation of the meaning of DNA and of the immense odds against anyone’s DNA profile exactly matching OJ’s, thus proving it only matched OJ, this woman said
“They didn’t show me nothin’. There’s lotsa people walkin’ around all over the place with same blood types.”
The true American justice “jury of his peers” for Roger Stone would look a row of guys like Ted Knight (Judge Smails in Caddyshack) or
Leslie Nielsen (Police Squad).
Not a cast reunion of the Jeffersons and Sanford and Son.
“”””””””’Grounds fror mistrial.
Maybe it should be, but I dont think it is. I dont think convictions are ever overturned because there was a moron on the jury.””””””””””
I’ve been on a few juries. I met a number of morons. A lot of them will agree with anything as long as they can get out of there as soon as possible.
Dont talk to the police or talk in front of Congress.
^ THIS!
Randy Credico pleaded the 5th. No charges. He was the ‘talker’ between wikileaks and roger stone. I don’t care if you are a trump supporter or a obama lover, don’t talk to .gov.
Stone was his own worst enemy.... he has no filter and cannot help himself given the numerous controversies he has been involved in over the years.
Still believe this is a partisan investigation from start to finish and did not appreciate the tactics employed, but Stone tried to make himself bigger than he was and then did not have the sense to shut up when the pending trainwreck appeared obvious to all but him.
“The defense offered by Stones attorney can be summed up in to two words: So what?”
I bet this juror has no idea that the weak defense was not because Stone didn’t have one, but the result of the Judge denying Stone the right to present the obvious defenses.
Yeah, well said. Another example of what not to do.
Re are there any republicans in Dc. Not out in the open.
Sounds like a reason for a mistrial filing.
Are there any cases where a juror has publicly admitted he acted in direct opposition to his specific duties as a juror?
Probably. If it’s an issue, Stone’s attorney(s) will pursue it.
FWIW I spent a few minutes searching for a case where a juror’s actions led to reversal of a decision of the jury as a whole. I couldn’t find any.
