She certainly should resign. It is not possible to do a competent job that ill. No one could.

And, when the time comes to appoint a new justice, the Senate should impose rules to secure her replacement in the same prejudicial fashion that Schiff has imposed prejudicial rules for Trump’s removal.

I too am past retirement age but wish to serve as long as I am productive at top quality output equal to or better than anyone that might be my replacement. If there is the slightest indication I will not be able to perform at this highest level, I'll retire and help find a replacement. I will not burden work because of my lack of performance.

How about that RGB?

Actually, her death and the ruckus over a new Trump nominee would probably be more effective than impeachment
