I ALWAYS underestimate Trump. I gave it up.
He didn’t get super rich and real estate by being naive or waiting for others to strike first.
If you build a real estate empire in NYC back at that time, you were dealing with the 5 Families because they controlled EVERYTHING regarding any construction back then.
And then Rudy put a ton of them in prison :)
